Bug Description

$ sudo snap install ubuntu-clock-app
63.17 MB / 64.64 MB [========================================================================================================================================>____] 97.72 % 10.96 MB/s

error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Make snap "ubuntu-core" available to the system (can not set next boot: cannot determine bootloader)

Using 16.04 stock build. Also tried doing all apt updates.

Ugh... I'm on a device with a HD that's too small for an install. I thought I'd be able to experiment in the live session... guess not.

This was fixed at some point. There still is a blocker for snap apps to actually run though - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapd/+bug/1751667
