Bug Description

duplicity status against dropbox backend (dpbx://) returns:
/snap/duplicity/214/usr/lib/python3.6/importlib/_bootstrap.py:219: RuntimeWarning: compiletime version 3.8 of module 'msgpack._packer' does not match runtime version 3.6

I fixed this by building on core20 and specifying "; python_version == '3.8'". Previously it was bringing in Python 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8.
