Bug Description
I've attached the snapcraft.yaml I'm using. As you can see, six is specified as six>=1.12.0. The problem is that /snap/duplicity

Interesting. When using the pip3 system install, it appears to ignore the version requirement if the distribution package is already installed (and considers it a successful install)...
