grapwiz/dot as installed by snapcraft doesnt work for builds

Bug Description

Using e.g. the snapcraft stuff from:

https://git.launchpad.net/~bjoern-michaelsen/df-libreoffice/+git/libreoffice-snap-playground/tree/?h=xenial&id=15c07cbe81299f1d867654855ce61bf4c72064a4

an unattended build is not possible, as dot isnt properly configured. Instead a "sudo dot -c" is needed:

to make dot not fail. As sudo requires a password, this prevents unattended builds (and the build env should never need to run anything with root privs anyway).
