Bug Description
Using snapcraft 0.9 after editing a snap .yaml and doing "snapcraft", the tools tell you
"Skipping build wrapper (already ran)
The 'build' step of 'gucharmap' is out of date. Please clean that
part's 'build' step in order to rebuild"
Is there any reason it couldn't add "using the 'snapcraft clean -s build' command" and avoiding users having to figure that out
