Bug Description
Using snapcraft 2.9 on a yaml of this type
" gucharmap:
source: https:/
plugin: autotools"
gives a "no handler to manage source" error, which isn't really self-explanatory
What it meant is "can't guess the source type from the url, please specify one using source-type", the error message could maybe state that?
also if the url starts with "http(s)://git" it could probably be autoguessed as being a git source
