Bug Description

Binary package hint: smc

When running the latest version of smc (Super Maryo Chronicles) on Ubuntu Karmic Beta as of 10/2/2009, smc and the console locks up if the background screensaver kicks in. I guess smc isn't disabling the screensaver properly, or the screensaver is grabbing the keyboard but not the screen to move smc into the background.

To re-create, just fire up smc, start playing, then walk about when in a safe spot. Once the screensaver kicks in, it should lock up.
