Bug Description

The SLURM documentation clearly states that the configurator html pages are version specific.

The file /usr/share/doc/slurmctld/slurm-wlm-configurator.html which is supposed to be the configuration generator for the installed version 19.05.5-1 in-fact states:

> This tool supports Slurm version 19.02 only.
