Bug Description

Slurmctld won't start if "FrontendName" is not set. This is not ideal in clusters which are not CRAY or Blue Gene machines, where you have a Front-end machine.

In all other machines, this won't work.

[2016-09-29T18:48:37.759] fatal: Frontend not configured correctly in slurm.conf. See man slurm.conf look for frontendname.
[2016-09-29T18:49:43.521] slurmctld version 15.08.7 started on cluster test

It’s basically the one from the examples, with the hostname fixed.
