Bug Description

Whenever I try to start one of the newer versions of slirp, it fails with a Segmentation fault almost immediately after start:

```
$ slirp 'redir 8888 8888'
Slirp v1.0.17 (BETA)
SLiRP Ready ...
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
```

I tried all available versions, found on packages.ubuntu.com:

slirp_1.0.17-8_amd64.deb xenial works
slirp_1.0.17-8build1_amd64.deb disco,cismic,bionic Segfault
slirp_1.0.17-8build2_amd64.deb eoan Segfault

The Segfault happens no matter if I start it on command line with or without arguments or if I start it through UML (User-mode linux).
Test systems were:
- ubuntu:latest docker image
- a real host with Ubuntu 18.04.3

Now, I'm using the deb from http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/s/slirp/slirp_1.0.17-8_amd64.deb and everything seems to work.
