Bug Description
[Description]
Slic3r currently cannot launch its GUI without crashing as it references a macro that has been dropped from artful's build of libopengl-perl (GL_MULTISAMPLE).
[Impact]
Everyone running Slic3r in artful with standard packages.
[Test Case]
Try to launch Slic3r. If affected by this bug, it crashes immediately with this message:
Your vendor has not defined OpenGL macro GL_MULTISAMPLE, used at /usr/lib/
[Regression Potential]
Unlikely, as it's currently as broken as it could get in Ubuntu artful.

Hallo everybody,
I just updated to 17.10 and tryed to start the slic3r-prusa without reaction. The terminal gave me this information. (If helpful, wayland is also not running. Before I was using slic3r-prusa in ubuntu-gnome 17.04 and wayland)
Best regards
Phil
