Bug Description

I tailed /var/log/kern.log and see ttyACM0 when I plug in the USB.
/etc/init.d/sl-modem-daemon sais
ln -sf ttySL0 /dev/modem

I changed to
ln -sf ttyACM0 /dev/modem

and now works.

Please take a look at that script to improve the modem detection

lsusb says this is a Conexant modem, which as far as I know is not supported by slmodem.

Rather it is supported by drivers provided by linuxant: http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/
