incorrect directory for sql scripts in installer_config.py

Bug Description
in the skytools 2.1.6 package the following default configuration is present:
The default directory pointed to in installer_config.py is:
/usr/share/skytools
If the skytools-modules package is installed the sql files are placed in:
/usr/share/
As skytools has skytools-modules as dependency it would be nice to see this path set to the correct value
Not changing this path creates errors when using skytools.
