can't start skim in Kubuntu 10.10 maverick

Bug Description
Binary package hint: skim
I'm trying to install skim on Kubuntu 10.10, follow the instructions from
https:/
However, when I try to start skim, I got:
kbuildsycoca running...
DCOP Cleaning up dead connections.
KCrash: Application 'skim' crashing...
Could not find 'drkonqi' executable.
KCrash cannot reach kdeinit, launching directly.
The version for skim is 1.4.5.
One thing I should mention: skim works very nice under Kubuntu 10.04.
