Skencil fails to load SVG due to dropped python-xml

I doubt this is ever fixed, but a bug report doesn't hurt :)

Skencil is supposed to support SVG import, but this doesn't work due to the python-xml droppage (see bug 199014):

Maybe the svgloader plugin should just be removed from the skencil package so the software doesn't pretend to support something it doesn't anymore. Alternatively, the old saxlib could be bundled with the Skencil package. Dunno, I'll just uninstall Skencil.
