Bug Description
In Xubuntu 22.04, upgraded from 21.10:
I have my appearance set to dark for many reasons. Most apps adhere to these settings, but simple-scan always comes up with a light colored background instead of dark.

Attached is the settings window, which is clearly dark and calls for dark theme.
