Bug Description

With Touch image build 97, I have created an Ubuntu One account several times. However, the signon-secrets.db is never created, and I am unable to actually install any apps, or use the Update Manager program. The account exists in the list (actually, multiple accounts exist now), but the credentials do not appear to actually be stored anywhere, and nothing requiring them works.

The logs however do indicate that the credentials are stored (as the success callback for that action is called and logged). Yet I am unable to find them anywhere on the system, and the features requiring the access do not work as a result of no token being stored.

After a re-flash of the device, I was able to add an account successfully again, and the secrets.db was created. I'm lowering this to medium as a result of that.

Changed in signon (Ubuntu):
importance: Critical → Medium
