Bug Description
The built-in editor is not available anymore because the package libgoo-canvas-perl is not present in bionic (it's last version was 0.06-2ubuntu3 in artful), it seems to have been replaced with libgoocanvas2-perl (. Even after installing libgoocanvas-perl (0.06-1), and restarting shutter, the built-in editor is still not available. It seems that it requires specifically libgoo-canvas-perl.
It's a pity, since the built-in editor was what made shutter really unique.
I'm running a fresh install of Xubuntu 18.04, with shutter 0.94-1.
