Please merge shotwell 0.30.16-1 (main) from Debian unstable

Following is a breakdown of the latest Ubuntu changes (in 0.30.14) and if
they are still or no longer needed.

Where "Debian diff" is mentioned below, I mean the diff between the Debian
package 0.30.34-1 and 0.30.36-1, attached as deb-deb.diff.

    * debian/build-_LIB-is-expected-to-be-a-relative-path.patch:
      - fix an incorrect path handling making plugins not found (LP: #1969439)

No longer needed: Incorporated into Debian (line 3090 of Debian diff).

      - clean out thumbnailer hacks, that's not user friendly and not
        something we should recommend

Still needed.

I tested the resulting package (generated by applying deb-ubu.debdiff)
with pbuilder, and verified no regressions concerning the aforementioned
LP: #1969439 and LP: #1965812.

I made 2 changes and uploaded.

I added LP: #1975521 to debian/changelog so that it will automatically close this bug when the package is built and fully lands in Kinetic.

I ran `update-maintainer` which is provided by ubuntu-dev-tools. debuild or something complains when that isn't run for packages with a -ubuntu version number.

I am unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors now.
