Picasa API 501 Not Implemented

Bug Description

I tried to publish an album to picasaweb and get a "501 Not Implemented" message (screenshot attached). Shotwell 0.24.5.

You cannot add new albums from Shotwell anymore. Picasa has disabled this from their API. If you want to create a new album, you have to do that on photos.gnome.com

How unfortunate. This is one of my most used Shotwell features.

Since the feature is gone, it would be nice if we could select and drag photos from Shotwell into the photos.google.com browser interface. Currently you have to find the files on the file system to be able to drag them.
