Picasa auth lost periodically

Bug Description

The Picasa authentication is periodically lost and can't be recovered.
The 'login' button doesn't open the authentication window.

The solution is to delete and recreate the Google Online Account in Ubuntu.
The problem has been there for the last few Ubuntu versions.

If still an issue with a currently supported release of Ubuntu then
please create a new bug report with with the following command:

  ubuntu-bug shotwell

in a terminal window. Thank you.
