Bug Description

Until recently I have been able to download my camera photos using my USB lead on the Shotwell program which would launch and allow me to update my photo files. Now this does not happen - the camera on switch on displays USB. Please help.

I suspect you're seeing bug #1296275 and/or bug #1309891. It may be a bug in gphoto2, the library Shotwell uses to communicate with cameras.
