Bug Description

When I open files in external editor, then CLOSE shotwell, and edit the files, saving them back to the originating directory then re-open shotwell, the files get sent to system trash without so much as a by-your-leave... (some, not all)
At the very least, this should result in duplicates... NOT send the files to trash without asking.
