[FFe] update to 0.15

Shotwell is following the Ubuntu cycles, they got a pre version of their new 0.15 out just before FF, but we couldn't get it in because our Ubuntu Online Account patch needs to be updated (Alberto is working on that)

It would be nice to update to the new version about beta1.

I don't have a list of what changed (they didn't update their NEWS it seems) but the git log are on

The list of commits seem reasonable to me, and yorba has a good track record of delivering working software aligned on our schedule
