Also nvidia geforce card gives errors in dmesg after login and it takes extremely long time to login

Why have you filed this bug report against shim? There is nothing in your bug report that describes a problem with booting related to shim, and you did not include the text of the "software problem program message" so it is impossible to know what this refers to.
