Have you changed your hard drive?

Have you changed any settings in bios to change hard drive features (turn on, or off, RAID feature)?

Have you installed some different kernels?

Note ecryptfs (home folder user encryption) is no longer supported, and it seems to be 99% full. We would recommend you to reinstall and use full-disk encryption. But we also want to figure out what went wrong for you.

The collected information is incomplete to determine what is happening, would you be able to use `sosreport` package to collect `sudo sos report` for us? and attach it here? I will mark this report private, as sos report collects a lot of information.
