Good afternoon Steve,
Thanks for the feedback. I believe I forced the upgrade/installation for
the packages under packages list which were kept back, so I just learned
that I need to ignore them instead.

Do you know if there is any way to fix this output/issue?

*Setting up shim-signed (1.51.3+15.7-0ubuntu1)
.../var/lib/dpkg/info/shim-signed.postinst: 165:
/usr/lib/grub/grub-multi-install: not founddpkg: error processing package
shim-signed (--configure): installed shim-signed package post-installation

Install the Ubuntu grub packages (grub-common, grub2-common) instead of the
Debian packages that you currently have installed.

to install the Ubuntu versions you should be able to run: sudo apt -f install grub-common/jammy grub2-common/jammy
