So you manually installed virtualbox using apt-get. This should have prompted you to make changes to disable secureboot on your system in order to make the virtualbox kernel module usable. Do you remember being prompted about this? The errors suggest that you did not answer this prompt, but the log also doesn't suggest that the virtualbox package failed to install at that time.
