  * Incorporate changes from NMU (thanks, Peter Eisentraut).
    - Remove S from Default-Stop in shibd init script.  (Closes: #471078)
  * Use quilt.make now that it's available in stable.  (Closes: #477617)
  * Unapply patches after running make distclean.  Fixes FTBFS when built
    twice in a row.  (Closes: #476680)
  * Change native.log to use syslog by default rather than trying to
    write to a file Apache has no access to and then silently discarding
    the log messages.  (Closes: #461420)
  * Force an update of libtool when building to fix stray RPATHs on AMD64.
  * Depend on automake, not automake1.9.
  * Add the schema for the remote MySQL SP cache to the README.Debian file
    for libapache2-mod-shib and a missing bit of configuration.
  * Fix the short package descriptions.
  * Fix the watch file for upstream's reorganization of their download
    area.
  * Ask in README.Debian for a bug if the TestShib details change.
  * Update standards version to 3.7.3 (no changes required).
