shibboleth-sp (1.3.1.dfsg1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
    - Better support of 64-bit platforms.
    - Enhancements to RequestMap to support Host and Path regex matches.
    - Trust engine changes to align behavior with 2.0.
    - Optional header spofing detection by modules.
    - Apache module cleanup.
    - FastCGI support.
  * Maintainer is now the Debian Shib Team.  Move myself to Uploaders.
  * Build against libxerces-c2-dev.  (Closes: #479193)
  * Stop using quilt and instead apply the patches directly.
  * Add Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser control fields.
