Does not work with firefox

Several keys (such as "-" , "<", ">") do not work with firefox browser. I am using finnish keyboard layout.

There seems to be patches to fix various key-problems of shellinabox in firefox. However, Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is shipping a broken version of shellinabox.
