Bug Description

Trying install Ubuntu 14.04 LTS at IBM ThinkPad T41.
Using "forcepae" succeeds.
Machine is very slow... Compiz very active: 30 to 50 % CPU

Radical solution: replace Lubuntu 14.04 by Xubuntu 16.04 (forcepae)
Result: excellent!
