Dynamic part of MOTD out of date

Hi,

the fix applied for bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shadow/+bug/1169558 probably generated a new bug.

The new bug is described here https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=757059

And it also applies to me on Ubuntu 14.04.1.

I think the fix described in Debian's BTS should be applied.

This issue probably applies to the "shadow" (login) package also.
