sfact missing on 17.04 zesty

sfact was present in trusty, xenial, and yakkety, but vanished in zesty.

Based on the publishing history for this package (can be found in the upper right corner on the overview page, https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sfact/+publishinghistory) it looks like this was removed from Debian and in turn Ubuntu.
