still using gtkhtml2 even though it has been removed from the deps

Bug Description

Binary package hint: setroubleshoot

While starting SELinux Troubleshooter, I get the following alert:

Opps, sealert hit an error!

Even though gtkhtml2 is not in the deps, it is actively used by

Should setroubleshoot probably be removed from lucid/universe, as it is entirely non-functional?
