Seems sessioninstaller is not included

Test case:
try to open a h.264 video in Videos on a default install

What happens: Videos open , then nothing..
What should happen: User should be prompted to install gstreamer plugins

gnome-software 3.25.91 should be able to handle installing codecs and was just published to artful yesterday. Please install all updates, reboot and see if this issue was fixed.

sessioninstaller is intentionally not installed by default any more.
