Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with secure-delete 3.1-6. There are some conditions in which sdmem can't overwrite the complete free memory for example on my system less than a GB of 16 GiB are in use but sdmem is only overwriting ~8+ GiB. This can be easily seen as after sdmem has finished the cache is ~6 GiB big while on a successfull overwriting the cache should get emptied.
I think it would be much helpful if sdmem would show how many total and free memory it has detected and how many of the free memory could be overwritten so that the user can see if some values are not correct.
