searchmonkey alway put the 01 year in the advanced search

Bug Description
I use Ubuntu 12.04 on i386.
When i use the advanced search with modified after (or before), the year record is always 01 whatever i select.
For exemple, if i select 17 sept 2014, the program record 17 sept 01.
