Bug Description
Binary package hint: seamonkey
I updated my system this morning, then restarted. Now seamonkey won't start, and when run in strace complains about certain files being nonexistent or having incorrect permissions:
open("/
open("/
gettimeofday(
stat64(
lstat64(
access(
read(7, "\372"..., 1) = 1
close(7) = 0
close(8) = 0
open("/
brk(0x9243000) = 0x9243000
brk(0x9242000) = 0x9242000
brk(0x9241000) = 0x9241000
brk(0x9240000) = 0x9240000
brk(0x9238000) = 0x9238000
brk(0x9237000) = 0x9237000
brk(0x9236000) = 0x9236000
brk(0x9235000) = 0x9235000
brk(0x9234000) = 0x9234000
exit_group(1) = ?
The same happens whether I start it as browser, composer, or mailer.
I'll be glad to do anything I can to help debug this.
Thanks for any help,
Carl Fink
