Bug Description
Binary package hint: seamonkey
Seamonkey only gets pages from history or via a search or from an in page link. If an address is typed in the address bar field (and pressing "Return") it has no effect at all, it just sits doing nothing.
connection is set to "direct internet connection".
Strange that it seemed to work ok before it insisted that I create a profile.
Also I have installed AdblockPlus.
Using this bug reporting tool from the "Help menu" has invoked Firefox all by itself as I see that I am now in Firefox.
I changed from Firefox to Seamonkey because the last Firefox update stopped flash from working, whilst it works fine from Seamonkey. (I have spent hours un-installing and re-installing flash, AIR and Firefox to no avail)
Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Seamonkey 1.1.12 (I know there is an update to 1.1.14 but there is no deb package for it it does not show on Synaptic, and untarring it does not seem to work for me)
