Bug Description

Problem: If a user starts the changing passphrase process in seahorse, but clicks cancel after entering the current passphrase, the passphrase is changed to be empty.

Expected: Clicking cancel when prompted to enter a new passphrase should result in no change to the current passphrase.

Steps to reproduce:
  - User has SSH key with nonempty passphrase
  - Launch seahorse, navigate to SSH key properties, select "Change Passphrase"
  - Enter current passphrase
  - Click "Cancel" button twice
