seahorse doesn't save keyring

Bug Description
when opening seahorse and pressing + button, selecting password-keyring for network keys and applications and saving a new keyring, the keyring just isn't saved. There's no output in the terminal.

Hi together,
this issue dissappears in
seahorse 3.8.2
GNUPG: /usr/bin/gpg (1.4.12)
because passwords are displayed as entries in the main list.
