Impact:
it's not possible to change keyring passwords
Test Case:
Enabling left panel and right click on login keychain, choose change password.
Error message:
GDBus.Error: org.freedesktop

on every login since upgrading from 12.04 to 12.10 , I now have to enter my login password again after logging in to open the keyring. (Trying to change the password causes this bug report error.)

It is also very strange that even Ubuntu 12.10 proposed updates repository does not have the new packages yet. I wonder what is taking them so long.

installing the new seahorse package + reboot + unlocking keyring gives the ability to change keyring password.
At next reboot, no prompt for unlocking keyring anymore.
Everything is ok for me
