I cannot encrypt or sign files with seahorse-applet

Bug Description

Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins

When I right-click a file and choose encrypt or sign, a window that letting me choose recipients or signer appeared, but after I did the proper action, it does not response any more. No encrypted file or signature appeared.
