I have no idea about this. I got an "!" in a yellow bang indicating a problem.
So I reported it.
I did an upgrade from Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 to Karmic 9.10 this weekend.

As this was a Seahorse problem I reported it to the Ubuntu Security Team.
Sorry if this is not an security issue but I do not know any better.
