Bug Description
Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins
This was the 3rd time this crashed, so the new version of ubuntu pops up a window to submit bug. Not sure why this happened, I was running mythtv trying to get sound to work on the TV portion. This popped up during the configure process. Sorry if that is not enough information, I really don't know what seahorse-agent is.

This was due to another bug in the upgrade process for 9.10 that did not update the grub menu correctly (found a release note explaining this issue, so was able to fix the mis-match). Once I fixed this issue and booted the 9.10 release, this stopped happening. Not exactly sure what happened, but I think it was running a newer version of this on the old version of the operating system. Has not happened again since that issue was resolved. This can be closed (I think), but I don't know how to do that.
