option not to show "encrypt" and "sign" on nautilus' right click

Bug Description
Binary package hint: seahorse
It's great that Seahorse lets you sign and encrypt files easily; however, there are lots of users who do not know what encryption is and for them these menu entries are only overpopulating the already cluttered right-click menu.
There should be an option somewhere in the options to show or hide them.
