seabios 1.16.0-4 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

seabios (1.16.0-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * set bios-microvm.bin bios size to be 128k not 256k.
Upstream qemu uses 128k, but for some reason I set it to 256k when
adding it to the debian package. This change breaks migration between
qemu running with old and new bios package but only for those VMs which
are using this particular bios variant. In debian it is most likely the
still-experimental qemu-system-x86_64-microvm binary. It is better to
fix this sooner instead of waiting before many VMs with this bios will
    emerge.

seabios: Legacy BIOS implementation

SeaBIOS is a legacy BIOS implementation, aimed at supporting not only
emulated hosts such as QEMU, but also real hardware.
 .
Note, however, that SeaBIOS does not handle early initialization of core
chipsets, so don't even think of flashing it to your board (look at
 Coreboot for that).
