  * Team upload
  * Reformat patch metadata in the gbp-pq-like dialect of DEP-3
  * d/tests: Run Xvfb with -noreset to make the test more reliable.
    See #981201. While we're here, also let xvfb-run choose a display
    number instead of hard-coding :99.
  * d/upstream/metadata: Add
  * d/p/png-fixes-for-building-against-libpng-1.6-and-fn.pointer-.patch,
    d/p/IMG_webp.c-update-to-accomodate-libwebp-abi-changes-since.patch:
    Add patches from upstream git to fix FTBFS with gcc 14
    (Closes: #1075498)
  * Remove version constraints unnecessary since bullseye (oldstable)
  * Standards-Version: 4.7.0 (no changes required)
