Bug Description
I ticked autologin when installing Ubuntu Studio 21.04. Autologin did not work. Trying to enable through Settings - System Settings - Startup and Shutown - Login Screen(SDDM), Behaviour button, caused a DBUS error message about SDDM Config.
The fix is simple. Remove all lines from /etc/sddm.conf file and reboot. All functionality correct after that. It seems autologin configuration is only through /etc/sddm.
Additionally, removing all lines from /etc/sddm.conf file also restored correct functionality to the above-mentioned System Settings Startup and Shutdown section (Sddm Config Manager is then able to successfully modify kde_settings.conf
